This preference contains no enquiry text or form contact details and remains until changed or cleared with site data. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice may last for the current page session only.

Website analytics and online chat

Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights and Tawk.to load directly when you visit. Analytics measure page visits, performance and interactions such as accepted enquiries. Campaign source, medium and campaign name may be held in session storage for attribution. We do not intentionally send form contact details, enquiry messages or search terms as analytics event data. Online chat remains active when analytics are turned off. Google advertising measurement, if configured, requires the enabled preference and is not part of the initial analytics loading.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

Open Cookie settings in the footer to turn analytics off or enable them again. Turning them off reloads the page, prevents subsequent Google Analytics events and suppresses Vercel usage and performance reporting. Online chat and enquiry forms remain available. This does not automatically erase existing provider records or browser cookies. Use browser controls to remove cookies, and contact us about access or deletion requests.

Browser controls and third parties
