Tell us the destination country and, if known, the city and postal code. Product availability and available shipping methods are checked for that destination.

Shipping is quoted for the proposed items, packaging and destination. Confirm whether a quotation includes shipping rather than assuming that it is included in a product price.

Lead time and delivery estimates
Preparation time, dispatch date and carrier transit time are separate. Request the current estimate for the actual configuration before confirming a purchase.

Dispatch and tracking
The applicable dispatch details and tracking arrangements are confirmed with the shipment. If your address changes, contact us before dispatch is arranged.

Taxes and customs
Confirm the agreed responsibility for import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your quotation. A shipping estimate does not by itself establish that destination charges are included.

Delivery problems
For a delay, loss or visible damage, contact us with the purchase reference, tracking details and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging and any relevant photos.
