Information you provide

The message form requires a name, email address and requirements. The quotation form also requires a country or region. Depending on the enquiry type, vehicle / engine information or software information may be needed to answer it. Company, telephone, destination, purchase reference and other fields marked optional are voluntary. Please provide only information needed for the enquiry and do not include identity documents, payment credentials or unrelated sensitive information.

Technical and security information

Hosting and email systems may process request metadata, IP addresses, browser information, timestamps and delivery or error records to serve pages, diagnose failures and prevent abuse. The enquiry service uses an email address for short-lived rate limiting. These records are not a customer order account, and technical information should not be used to infer that an enquiry has become an order.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use enquiry information to respond, assess compatibility, prepare quotations, arrange agreed transactions and provide support. We also process information needed for security, legal obligations and the establishment or defence of legal claims. How messages are sent

When online delivery is enabled, submitted information and the selected product and quantity are sent through Resend to the business email inbox. An acceptance reference indicates receipt for delivery, not a confirmed sale or guaranteed arrival. When the page offers sending through your email application, it opens a prepared email; you must review and send it yourself. Opening that draft alone does not send a message to us.

Cookies, storage and website services

Product identifiers, quantity, search terms and filters can appear in page addresses; avoid putting private information in a search. Form contact details and messages remain on the page while you complete it and are not deliberately saved to local storage by this website. Your browser may offer autofill independently. Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights and Tawk.to chat load when you enter the website. Turning analytics off stops subsequent website analytics collection after the page reloads and does not affect chat or enquiries. Previously processed data is not automatically erased.

We use Google Analytics for page visits and enquiry conversion measurement, Vercel for website usage and performance measurement, and Tawk.to for online chat. These providers may process IP addresses, device and browser information and interaction metadata. Tawk.to also processes messages and contact details you choose to send through chat and may use cookies or similar storage to maintain the conversation. Website analytics events intentionally exclude enquiry text, form contact fields and search terms; page addresses sent to analytics omit query strings and fragments. We do not sell personal information. Supplier or carrier disclosures are limited to what is needed for the requested service, with consent or another lawful basis where required. Lawful requests from authorities are handled under applicable law.

International processing

Email, hosting and optional-service providers may operate in countries different from yours.
