Platinum Sport 2000 is a legacy standalone ECU using Haltech ECU Manager. Its 12 injector and 6 ignition outputs support multiple engine strategies, while 32 × 32 fuel maps, internal logging and idle / boost functions provide a platform for a fully planned engine conversion.

Does Sport 2000 use Haltech NSP?

The referenced Platinum platform uses ECU Manager. Do not select software or firmware solely because it is the newest Haltech download.

Does Sport 2000 cylinder support imply sequential ignition on every cylinder?

No. There are 6 ignition outputs. Higher cylinder-count applications depend on distributor or wasted-spark arrangements and the available injector strategy.

Does the model number define cylinder support?
