FIC6 works alongside the original ECU in a piggyback installation. It is a starting point for projects that require fuel or engine-signal adjustments while retaining the original management system. The intercepted signals, injector strategy and wiring must be planned for the specific engine; the FIC6 and FIC8 harnesses are not interchangeable by name.
