Does the bracket make an ECU waterproof?

No. A mounting bracket does not change the enclosure or connector sealing rating.

Can it be used for any Link ECU?

Only the listed enclosure family is a reference. Verify dimensions and hole locations before confirming fitment.

Is this a complete terminated harness?
