Questions about FIC8

Can a F/IC8 loom be wired by wire colour alone?

No. Check the connector cavity number, circuit function and continuity. Repaired or aftermarket looms may not preserve original colours.

Is the bypass plug included?

The original complete-controller kit lists one, but a standalone replacement loom does not imply the same package. Confirm it in the quote.

Is this a complete terminated harness?

Check the individual item. A loose connector / terminal set, universal flying-lead harness and vehicle adapter are different products. The quote should identify length, endpoints and termination.
