Will this connect a GEN2 RACE?

The cited loom is for the original V1 / RACE / PRO connector-1 arrangement. GEN2 has a separate harness family; confirm the ECU generation before ordering.

Are EGT connectors part of the main loom?

The manufacturer lists EGT connections in harness 2. Confirm that harness and thermocouple connector type separately.

Is this a complete terminated harness?

Check the individual item. A loose connector / terminal set, universal flying-lead harness and vehicle adapter are different products. The quote should identify length, endpoints and termination.
