The official downloads page lists ECU Manager for Platinum. NSP and ESP packages serve other Haltech platforms; a newer application name does not mean it is the correct upgrade for a Platinum ECU.

Check the historical computer requirements
Read the package notes and driver instructions for the actual release. Old manual screenshots do not establish Windows 11 support. Record OS architecture and USB driver status in the connection brief.

Use the installed help and keep the original map
The quick start points to ECU Manager help for complete instructions. Back up the current map and agree on a recovery plan before firmware work. Installation, calibration and engine validation remain separate tasks.
